The Big Freeze hits Camden Town

This week as the UK was hit by the coldest weather in a century, Camden Town did not escape untouched or unchanged by the conditions, with many people struggling to get to work because of the snow and ice, though all CTU staffers have reported safely for duty all week. It has led to some rather extraordinary scenes throughout the town centre over the past few days. From flurries blinding the Inverness Street Market to most footpaths turning into temporary ice skating rinks until they could be gritted and cleared, right through to the very uncommon site of Camden Lock itself freezing over, leading to a spate of objects being left on the ice to test the strength.
