Kieser Training Celebrates 10 Years!

Local training centre and leaders in the field of strength training for health based on the findings of scientific research, which is then offered as a double headed approach through both preventative and therapeutic measures, are celebrating ten successful years of strengthening Londoners' backs.
As well as offering our congratulations to this Camden Town based business, we would also like to encourage people to attend the corresponding open day on the 16th January from 1-6pm HERE, including presentation on how strength training prevents osteoporosis, helps with losing excess weight and numerous other health benefits, and the Mayor of Camden will also be in attendance. Kieser Training have also joined the Wedge Card scheme, where you can get a free 'Full Strength' book with every introductory session booking - also free! Also, join in January 2010 and receive 12 months for the price of 10.
