London's first Nitro Ice Cream parlour opens in Camden Town

Last Sunday saw the opening of 'The Chin Chin Laboratories' at 49-50 Camden Lock Market, Europe's first (and possibly the world's!) 'nitrogen ice cream parlour'.
Taking inspiration from the likes of Heston Blumenthal, the parlour combines ice cream with the science behind it. Customers can enjoy toppings from peanut brittle to meringue, whilst watching their favourite flavours being created in seconds using a 180-litre tank of nitrogen. Tasty AND exciting!
