Matthew has extensive experience working within public/private partnerships and has been involved in BID's since their inception. Appointed by London Borough of Camden to lead the development of a BID in Camden Town, Matthew incorporated Camden Town Unlimited and transferred across to the new BID company after achieving of the second highest YES vote in the country. Matthew has a Masters Degree in Urban Design and has led the design, development and implementation of some of the largest public realm projects undertaken by CTU, including Camden Town First, the streetscape plan for Camden Town.
Matthew is also a keen cyclist, competing regularly in triathlons.
Clayton came to CTU from the local Crime Reduction Initiative where he set the current Drug Intervention Programme where he gained extensive knowledge of Camden Town and gained some insight into many of the problems he now combats within his role at CTU. Over the years Clayton has worked in various roles including as a chief and has danced for Ballet Rambert. In his current role he is able to mix those gathered skills and use his natural charms to great effect as the public, street level face of Camden Town Unlimited. He also runs the local business radio link and is the first point of contact for all CTU members with issues relating to business crime.
Clayton is married with two children, and has the best hair in the office.
Ben was offered the job of Office Manager half way through the job interview in 2006 and since that day has come to be that guy who never leaves the office and is the only one who knows where everything is, a position he relishes. When you call the CTU office it is more than likely Ben who will answer the phone, and if you are invoicing, it will be Ben writing the cheques, so best be nice to him. He also writes our weekly newsletter and is responsible for its idiosyncratic style.
Ben is just recently married, and aside from Clayton, has the best hair in the office. He has the best facial hair by far though. And by the best, we mean 'the most'. He is also the front man for local band The Bad Robots.
